Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your access continues until then.

No refunds are issued for partial months or unused sessions, except where required by law.

Annual subscribers who cancel within 7 days of their renewal date may request a refund for the renewal charge by emailing support@nilotiate.com. You may also write to Nilotiate LLC, 522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane WA 99201.

Nilotiate reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
